  • Raised in northeastern Maine, Emily spent her senior year of high school as an exchange student in Germany. She went on to study economics and political science with a focus on global health at Clark University, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. After college Emily moved to Brooklyn, NY, where she worked as a paralegal and a professional baker before enrolling in a post-bacc program at Hunter College. She moved with her family back to Maine to complete medical school and family medicine residency.
